Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including the Bovou box.
Warranty
All Bovou watches and jewelry come with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, battery life, plating wear, or damage caused by improper use.
If your product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Size Guide
Our watches and bracelets are designed to fit most wrists and can be easily adjusted.
Watches: Adjustable to fit approx. 14–19 cm wrists
Bracelets: Adjustable to approx. 14–18 cm
Each watch comes with a fitting tool for easy resizing at home.
To find your size, measure your wrist just below the wrist bone using a strip of paper, string, or tape, then compare your measurement to the size range.
