Will Bovou charge me for shipping and returns?

We're currently offering free shipping and returns to the EU including Norway.

If you do not pick up your order and it’s returned to our warehouse, we will charge a 250 SEK handling fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are handled by Klarna. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Read more on Klarna's site here.

How fast can I expect my order?

Delivered by LM Logistik AB.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once we start processing your order. Delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 business days.

Can I return my product?

Yes, instructions are included with your shipment. For help, contact customer@bovou.com.

Exchange

Simply return your item using the prepaid label and place a new order for the item you want.

All Bovou watches come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement. Damage from normal wear is not covered.

If covered, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost. Otherwise, fees may apply.

Note: Our watches are water-resistant but should not be submerged in water.

To initiate a repair:

Our batteries last 1–3 years depending on factors like air pressure and temperature. If your watch stops, contact a local watchmaker or email us.
