These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from Bovou AB (“Bovou”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the website www.bovou.com (the “Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Prices

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in EUR/SEK and include VAT within the European Union.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct incorrect prices, and update product information without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • An order is binding once you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation by email.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Klarna, credit/debit card, and other payment methods as presented at checkout.

  • Payments are securely processed through our payment partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within Sweden and to EU member states.

  • Standard delivery time is normally [1–3] business days within Sweden, and [2–5] business days within the EU.

  • Deliveries are made through our logistics partners (e.g. DHL, DPD).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email (customer@bovou.com) within 14 days.

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once the return is approved, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

6. Returns and Complaints

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • You are entitled to make a complaint within 3 years under EU consumer law.

  • In case of an accepted complaint, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product.

7. Warranty

  • All watches are covered by a [2-year warranty] against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries, glass, straps, or damage caused by misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (logos, product images, texts, design) is the property of Bovou AB or its licensors.

  • It may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

  • Consumers in the EU are also entitled to mandatory consumer protection rights under their local law.

  • If a dispute arises, we will follow the decision of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the relevant dispute resolution body in your country.

  • You may also use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our Website. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
