RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you do not pick up your order from the postal office and the package is returned to our warehouse we will charge you a handling fee (250SEK)
The order will be handled as a return and the amount will be deducted from your invoice.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
Bovou is not responsible for the items during shipment back to the Bovou warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product was purchased in the last 14 days
– The product is in its original packaging, the Bovou box is part of the product.
– The product isn’t used or damaged (this includes the Bovou box).

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card (you will recieve the refund approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.). If you paid by Klarna invoice the amount will be deducted / the invoice will be credited.
Bovou will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned (Including the Bovou box).

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping within Sweden, 240SEK including VAT outside of Sweden.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Outside of Sweden 3-7 Business days

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Please include details and a photo of the defective product.
Complaints are to be made within two months of purchase unless otherwise stipulated by law

SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be refunded.
