Will Bovou charge me for shipping and returns?

We’re currently offering free shipping and returns to Sweden and a small fee within the Nordics.
We work with DHL for all shipments.

If you do not pick up your order from the postal office and the package is returned to our warehouse we will charge you a handling fee (250SEK)
The order will be handled as a return and the amount will be deducted from your invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are handled by Klarna and is dependant on your country of residence. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

How fast can I expect my order after making a purchase?

Expected delivery time
Nordic countries: 1-3 business days.
Europe: Currently not shipping outside the Nordics.
Outside Europe: Currently not shipping outside the Nordics.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your product to a different one you just simply return the item to us (with the pre paid freight label) and place a new order on the item you want.
