We’re currently offering free shipping and returns to Sweden and a small fee within the EU.
We work with DHL for all shipments.

If you do not pick up your order from the postal office and the package is returned to our warehouse we will charge you a handling fee (250SEK)
The order will be handled as a return and the amount will be deducted from your invoice.

All payments are handled by Klarna and is dependant on your country of residence. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

If you want to exchange your product to a different one you just simply return the item to us (with the pre paid freight label) and place a new order on the item you want.

Warranty and repairs

At Bovou, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality watches. That’s why all of our watches come with a comprehensive two-year warranty that covers any manufacturer defects in the watch movement. This warranty does not, however, cover damage caused by normal wear and tear.

If your watch is covered under our warranty, we will repair it at no cost to you or provide a replacement watch. If the issue is not covered by our warranty, additional costs may apply.

It’s important to note that while our watches are water resistant, they should not be submerged in water. If you need to send your watch in for repair, please follow these simple steps:

  • Email us at customer@bovou.com
  • Describe what has happened to the watch (also include pictures of the defect)
  • Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with instructions
